*All dates subject to change based on travel conditions and schedule for incoming technician at each location. A deposit is required to book and hold your spot and IHI cancellation policy is in effect based on emailed confirmation sent after booking. Use of a credit card to pay the balance due at the time of screening is subjected to a 3.5% surcharge added to the balance (check or cash payment appreciated for this reason).
PAYMENT POLICY
The Ultrasound services are a cash-based screening. Flex spending and Health Reimbursement Accounts can be used for payment and a fully coded receipt can be provided to you. Primary insurance may provide you with a reimbursement of your screening charge, but you are responsible for insurance submission. IHI does not take insurance (or Medicare) and will not file insurance claims on your behalf. A deposit is required by the online booking system to confirm your appointment. The deposit can be made by credit card at that time. The balance is then due at the time of screening.
