PAYMENT POLICY
Thermography screening service is a cash-based screening. Flex spending and Health Reimbursement Accounts can be used for payment and a fully coded receipt can be provided to you. Primary insurance may provide you with a reimbursement of your screening charge, but you are responsible for insurance submission. IHI does not take insurance (or Medicare) and will not file insurance claims on your behalf. A deposit is required by the online booking system to confirm your appointment. Deposit can be made by credit card at that time. The balance is then due at the time of screening.
